Signs your microwave needs a technician
Microwaves hold high voltage even when unplugged, so leave the inside to a technician. Call if you notice:
- Runs but doesn't heat
- Sparks or arcing inside
- Turntable won't turn
- Keypad not responding
- Door won't latch
- Vent fan or light out

A microwave that runs without heating usually has a failed magnetron, high-voltage diode or door switch. Sparking often comes from a damaged waveguide cover.
We test the high-voltage circuit safely, check the door interlocks and quote the repair before replacing anything.
Over-the-range units are heavy: we handle removal and reinstallation.
